Firstly, thank you very much for taking the time out and posting a review. Since submitting this review, we have contacted yourself to review the options available in regards to your Mum's care as we are only funded to provide 2 x 15-minute visits per day, solely for the purpose of a medication prompt and welfare check. During such a short visit time, we always ensure we are providing Mum with everything she needs and that she is safe and well. We have since requested an increase in the care package from the council and also suggested to yourself the possibility of respite care until day centres can start to reopen after the COVID-19 pandemic.
