However, I would like to clarify certain points you have raised about your session with your child. Firstly, you have mentioned that you are unhappy with the state of the centre for which I would like to inform you that our centre has been successfully attested by NACCC and we ensure that our rooms are clean on regular basis based on the cleaning rota and after each session. Secondly, you have mentioned that the carers are often late for the session. As this does not fall under our remittance (we do not provide the workers), I would advise you to raise this matter with the child’s SW. Thirdly, you have stated that there are lots of allegations/judgment in the contact notes, please note our contact supervisors are trained to record the proceeding of the session as it happens.
