Please note that we did not drop the service, we were informed that the client's family have sourced another care provider. This was after the local authority funding ran out (which is in place for the initial few weeks) and the client was required to pay for the service themselves, as assessed by the local authority. The client's family did not want to pay for the service themselves. Also, there were no complaints raised by the client against us when the council was funding the care for the initial few weeks and this review has been left subsequently by them.
