Thank you for your feedback. We apologise at the request time we were not able to send over your Mother's rota. Due to the pandemic pressures has caused delays in requests from clients and families. We have now solved this with our online app which informs you of who is coming. A call will be made shortly to invite you. In regards to call times, I can see odd days we were not able to be consistent. I am sorry about this but again with pandemic pressures has not allowed us to be consistent, however, I can see the majority of the other calls have always been consistent. We will always strive to provide the same carer at the same time.
