I have looked into this for you and our Branch Manager has been in touch since to discuss this in person, however, I would still like to address your concern regarding staff training. <br>Our care staff are all fully trained in-house by an excellent team of trainers and are given plenty of opportunity and support to be able to let us know if they are not quite ready to perform certain care tasks. However, I have since raised this review with our Training Manager to be investigated further, so we can ensure our staff are 100% confident in their capabilities before being sent on calls.<br>Please do continue to get in touch with us if you have any concerns.
