We have the same care delivery team and have back-up carers in the event one goes off sick. We recognise that with the change of carer, the 1:1 relationship may have to be rebuilt. At Care24seven, we genuinely care. We carefully assess clients’ care at home needs and preferences and carefully match these with care workers for a good rapport. We develop care plans based on client's strengths to re-build their independence for quality of life whilst supporting in their care needs. We vet care workers and provide in-house professional care training on specialist care and COVID- 19 awareness to all our staff. We adhere to high PPE standards so we can continue to deliver excellent service and ensure care for the vulnerable is not affected during these challenging times. We provide 24/7, 365 days on-site support to all our clients and care staff.
