Dear Elaine<br>Thank you for taking the time to give feedback.  I am sorry to read your negative comments. We always endeavour to put our client at the heart of all we do.  We tailor each clients care plan to their own needs and abilities which are discussed at the initial assessment and reviewed regularly.  The carers have to follow our client's wishes and preferences and respect their right of choice.<br>I acknowledge there was an issue with one carer who was regularly visiting your relative.  This was resolved and yourself and your relative were happy with the carers visiting.<br>Due to your relative's main carer going off at short notice, having to isolate due to Covid-19 we did have some rota changes and we kept you updated with regards to this.  Despite this, care workers still attended every care visit within the contractual times where care workers usually spent more than the allocated time for the morning visit.<br>Many thanks
