We are very disappointed to read your review. The care of our clients is of paramount importance to us and is at the forefront of everything we do. We have completed thorough investigations into your claims, many of which we have responded to previously. In conclusion, we have not found evidence to support your allegations, many of which we believe are factually incorrect. Unfortunately, a higher number of carers than we would normally allocate attended the calls to your relative, due to your refusal to allow several of our staff to attend. As such, we informed you that we could no longer guarantee the time of our calls, as we were sending carers from different areas. On the occasion you refer to, you received a call, apologising that the carer would be late. Please note that all carers who attended calls received all mandatory training, in line with Skills for Care guidance and were assessed as competent. We wish you well in finding care for your relative in the future.
