Matthew thank you so much for taking the time to write this review and we will ensure the care staff get to see it in our weekly update this week.  Your relative has become another dear lady to us and it has a been a real delight to deliver very personalised care and compassion to her.  It has also been rewarding to see how dementia care techniques, like the use of reminiscence conversation and photographs, relating to her local past life, and accompanied physical exercise has been so beneficial and brought her joy.  We love her to bits!
