We did have some relatively short term staffing changes influenced by steps we had to take to keep both customers and staff safe during the early stages of the COVID  pandemic.  While we always ensure that staff are well trained and understanding of our customers’ needs, we agree that continuity of care is highly important and are very pleased to hear that you are happy your regular team are now safely back to work.
