Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with your Carers and that you are receiving 5-star standard Care from Old Friends Care. We are proud of the high level of consistency we provide you with your Carers and we have strived to provide you with the same Carers every day over the several years that you have used our services. However, we are saddened to hear that you are not entirely happy. I would like to reiterate that we always maintain excellent communication with you when we are made aware that a Carer who normally visits you is unwell, the Carer is always changed in these instances and you are informed that this may result in a change of your usual visit time to accommodate this. Our charges are raised annually and notice is given, our Carers have received two pay increases in 2020 in line with this. The complaint regarding your fridge you have readdressed in your review was resolved in 2016. Thank you again for your kind words about our Carers.
