I would like to thank you for the review and comment on the carers especially. From records I could see that the office staff knew Mum had gone out and had asked the carer to go back afterwards. I have also checked and Mum's care plan is up to date. I spoke with you about the continuity as Mum's is off ill. During the pandemic, we have continued to provide the duty of care to Mum. I tried to call you again and I have spoken to Mum and she is happy with the service. Please let the office know when it is convenient and I will call you to be sure all is going ok.<br>Once again thank you.
