We use a digital care planning system, where care staff update their care notes on their phone or iPad whilst visiting your dad. I'm glad it helps being able to access your dad's care notes to see how he is doing on a daily basis, technology really is a wonderful thing!<br>We regularly review the quality of care notes and provide feedback and training to any staff where we feel they could improve. We also regularly audit our staff timekeeping and attendance and will address any issues identified promptly.
