I am pleased to hear that you feel you could call on our services to increase care in the future if needed, we will always adapt care at any time to ensure all needs are being met. I am also pleased that after receiving this review we have been able to put in place weekly updates and shopping lists so you are more involved and aware of how your Dad's care is going and what meals are being prepared and served.
