We will investigate your comments relating to continuity of your support staff and our Deputy Manager will be in touch to discuss further. Your main support member of staff is our Care Ambassador, to which her main role within Alcedo Care is to ensure new starters are competent and compliant in all areas of the care standards before they become Lone Workers.
