We are so proud when we read the lovely qualities that you tell us that you have found in your Mum's Support Worker's - thank you for this feedback. To know that we are supporting your Mum to maintain her independence means everything t us.<br>Although we are always disappointed to hear if something hasn't been right, we are always really glad to hear that our processes have worked well and to know that the issue was resolved so quickly. We are just so sorry that there was such a concern to start with - as you will know from all of your other experience with us, it's not how we operate and definitely isn't usual practice for us.<br>Thank you again; your review was just lovely to read.
