Unfortunately, it is very difficult to predict exactly what time the carer will be there for your call due to a number of factors. We do try our best to be as accurate as possible and it is our policy to contact clients if a staff member is running more than 15 minutes late. I can understand your frustrations and if there was any other way around this we would do it. Thank you again for your review
