It is great that alongside our Social Service & NHS colleagues we managed to implement your dad care and support package within 24 hours, as well as the carer respite for your mum.   It's so tough when families are hundred/thousands of miles away, though we know you and your brother were able to be in touch with them in so many other ways and they really benefited from that. <br><br>Covid has been challenging for so many people, especially older people and we are delighted we were able to get your dad enjoying his trips out where possible.
