We have strived to provide the best quality care, and we treat both short term and long term customers the same at all times. Invoices have only ever been incorrect when we have not been informed by the family and carer of the time of planning in advance, so over the previous years only a very very small proportion of invoices have been amended. The office staff have always gone the extra mile to accommodate the family’s needs, and hope this is appreciated. We cannot guarantee that the person doing the holiday cover will blend in every time as the permanent carer does, it’s difficult to find a perfect match each time, and we would hope the family understands this.
