As per our discussion before, your mother has a regular carer who she communicates the time that suits her needs when for example a cleaner, neighbour or a  family member is visiting, she asks for variable times to meet her needs and we reflect that on our logging in/out system.  We could look into informing you in future anytime your mother calls to change her care call times to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you.
