Marion, thank you for taking the time to write a review, I am very glad to hear you are happy with your caregivers. We do try and keep the team of caregivers visiting you to as small a team as is practical and we certainly stick to our No Strangers Policy so would always introduce someone new rather than them just turning up on your doorstep. It sometimes does need a handful of team members to be involved when there are quite a few visits every day of the week just to make sure we can cover them all and also cover when team members are on holiday etc. I will take share your feedback on the timing of the visits with your care coordinator and see if we can get that changed but sticking with the same caregivers.
