Thank you for your feedback, and very good rating. We would ask you to revisit the number of carers you have had. We have gone back through this, and as you know we visit 7 days a week all year round, and since the pandemic you have had 2 main carers on a regular basis with 3 at weekends, this may vary depending on who is on call. Since we started your visits in approaching 2 years now, we have had a maximum of 13 staff visit your home.
