We are sorry to hear you did not feel that our carers were able to meet your expectations for cooking. For our service users with complex dietary requirements, we offer our carers extra training, and as a result of your feedback, we have spoken with your carer to arrange this, as we were unaware of your concerns. Please know that our management team are able to assist with any aspect of your care service, including concerns about cooking and food preparation, to make sure these are quickly and happily resolved.
