A big thank you for your feedback and what a pleasure it is to care for your husband. We are sorry to hear that the introduction of newer faces has been a bit confusing for him. As you know, we like to build small teams of care staff around each client, so people get to see the same regular carers and we find this works really well. When the amount of support a client requires increases, this does mean we have to introduce additional care staff to the client. This is to meet the additional hours required. In this case, as the hours have doubled in size it has meant we have now needed to have double the team size. This ensures that everyone can have adequate rest periods in between delivering the care they provide.
