Unfortunately, after many challenges and working extensively with Social Services, NHS and Multi-discipline care teams with this client for the last 12 months, it was decided that withdrawing our services in line with our contract was the most appropriate course of action to enable her to be supported by a more specialist service for her needs.<br>Addressing concerns:  <br>All staff are a range of ages and fully trained for at least 7 days before working solo, our regulators CQC have rated us ‘GOOD’ in this area.<br>The Manager communicated with this client frequently and was consistently contacted outside of working hours and on her personal mobile.<br>All Carers work with care and respect leaving clients homes tidy before leaving.<br>All call times were consistently met as we electronically monitor our carers check-in and out times and location.<br>We strive to provide an outstanding service to all our clients regardless of the challenges presented to us.
