Thank you so much for your feedback and recognition of the challenges we share. If a client call takes longer than scheduled this can make clients later. If a carer is later than 30 mins always call the office and we will send a Community Manager to start and complete the call. "No one goes without their Care" is our Rota Manager's motto. We are very proud of our diversity and have many employees who are not originally from the UK. Wearing masks is of course another barrier to communication for everyone and is not part of our uniform. It's vital that we are hiring and retaining the best people for our clients which is why feedback, training helps us measure our success and how we can improve.
