I understand that the decision to discontinue your mum's care might be upsetting but does not warrant the non-factual statements made. <br><br>Heaven Scent Care services were unable to deliver the service in the various ways you continually suggested and insisted as they were not in line with our non-discriminatory values nor within the guidelines set out by our regulatory body (the CQC); this was explained to you multiple times on the telephone and when we met for the care review.<br> <br>The entire team found it a pleasure caring for your mum and wish her all the very best.
