Thank you Barbara,<br>It's got to be said that I'm very troubled by the 4 stars for "treated with dignity" and would very much like to know why the 5th star is missing so we could put right whatever wasn't right for you?  Likewise the 3 stars for value for money; we do charge more than average so we can pay our caregivers more than average as they are different to others and deserve to be seen as such and rewarded appropriately.<br>That said I'm very happy that you have marked us 5 stars overall and are extremely likely to recommend us.
