It is always a daunting experience when accepting someone into your home to support where and when needed. Our aim is always to work with you during the introduction period to make it feel less repetitive and invasive. Although our initial induction can appear time-consuming, the information generated from this is shared with the staff before they are introduced to you, this eliminates the need for you to continually have to tell each person how you like things to be done, where things are and what's required on each visit. This has proved to be an effective approach over the years.
