The training given to CAREGivers is City & Guilds accredited. It has met with the approval of the Alzheimer’s society in the UK, it is recognised as being the best in class in USA, were it was developed to support our work force throughout the world.<br>The same training is offered free to anyone and can be viewed on our website. Under more normal circumstances, we have offered and provided families with dementia training one to one, in our office or in workshops we have run in Bury. They have always been well received as they are given by myself as the franchisee, who has had personal experience of looking after my family members, who lived with dementia.<br>I did view the videos of our CAREGiver, I am happy that her non-confrontational re-assurance was entirely in line with our training. I am sorry that your opinion of how we handle your mother, following our techniques, was not what you wanted.  I hope you can find care from another company, that has different techniques then ourselves.
