None of my office staff have ever spoken to you and no complaint has been received from your sister (service user) or any of the next of kin/emergency contacts we have on file. Your name does not appear on this list. I am the Manager of the Agency and I have not had any dealings with you either. Upon investigating your allegations there is a note regarding the broken teapot which our carer reported to your Father who said not to worry about it. If you would like it replaced I will happily do this. I also note we gave notice to withdraw our services as we could not provide the right type of staff to satisfy the requirements of the service user.
