All our carers and staff are well qualified and trained to deescalate episodes of agitation. Please be aware that according to our policy, we allow a 30 min window around the scheduled time of the calls. Moreover, in our recent letter to all our clients, we have mentioned that due to annual leaves, isolation, there are temporary issues with our schedules and requested the clients to be slightly flexible until this period is over.
We are extremely sorry for the things your mother has been dealing with and so, we have already informed her GP and local authorities to reassess her mental condition. We were surprised to notice that you rated us just 2 stars out of 5 although your review was overall positive. We would like to understand the reason for this discrepancy.
