We are sorry to note that you had a bad experience.
Unfortunately, as a care company, our staff are only covered to complete tasks that are set out on a care plan, therefore they were unable to carry out duties like changing the puppy's mat, cleaning up dog mess, etc.
Unfortunately, we had to pass the package back due to our zero-tolerance policy to any form of abuse.
We pride ourselves on delivering care in an environment that is safe, friendly and free of any form of abuse to clients and also to our staff.
