We will graciously pass this on to them.<br>We do strive to provide all our staff and customers with up to minute information as much as possible, however, at times messages may not get through on time for various reasons, which can be frustrating for all concerned.  We can only apologise if this does happen.<br>As in all the contractual obligations agreed at the start of our service, our T&C's do require a 28 day notice period of cancellation.
