Thank you for your feedback; this is greatly appreciated.  <br>Our goal is to always have continuity of care for our service users. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the constant change in carers was unforeseen due to Public Health England's Guidance around the isolation rules, which we adhere to and also that we ensure that we kept both our service users and staff safe without having a break in the care that we provided.  <br>With the high number of vaccination uptake, continuity of care has greatly improved.
