Dear Jennifer,<br>It is such a shame that you felt you had to write such a slandering review when our Manager and Staff went above and beyond not only for your parents but also for your other siblings. So much so your sister has left an honest review. The team who cared for your parents did so with dignity, respect and compassion. We cared for your parents for 14 months and your sister was the prime carer. You did engage with the care for a few weeks. I am sorry to say I have no idea what you refer to in your review. Please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss further, if you feel the need to. We always go the extra mile whilst delivering excellent care. During your parent's end of life, which you were not present for Social workers, district nurses and the like were more than happy with the service we delivered.<br>Once again I'm sorry you felt the need to write such a review, when in fact it was your sister who we liaised with throughout our time with your Parents.<br>Regards
