We had been providing care to you since 2011 and have made every effort to be able to provide you with the best carers at a price that was suitable. As you were a valued and long-standing client you were provided with preferential rates. We pay our carers above the national living wage in order to ensure that we have carers that feel valued and offer the best service. Our current prices for care are in line with our local competitors. All customers are made fully aware of these prior to care provision.
