We always appreciate this. <br>We work in partnership with clients and families to ensure that we are providing the right level of care using enablers such as PASS which is an electronic care management system which highlights all the agreed outcomes and tasks to be carried out by each carer. Our carers promote dignity and respect by ensuring that all our clients are involved in their care to enable them to make informed choices. As a result of this, carers would always check with clients to ensure that the client is in agreement with any task to be carried out and this is crucial, particularly when a carer is visiting a client for the first time. As part of our training, we never assume that we know a client's routine as it may change from day to day. Therefore it's best practice for our clients to engage with our care receivers at all times to maintain a healthy relationship in order to achieve the desired outcome.
