We’re sorry to hear about your experience with Right at Home, although it is disappointing, given our close working relationship of 18 month’s standing, that you have chosen not to discuss this with us. Whilst we always strive to provide consistency of care, and have maintained a core team throughout the relationship, at the time of your discharge we were given less than 24 hours’ notice and were, regrettably, short staffed due to the impact of the Covid spike in north east England. Covid related absences had temporarily affected our service at this time, together with the majority of care providers. Although on this occasion the events were beyond our control, we take feedback very seriously and, if you would like to discuss this further, please do get in touch.
