The staff built very good relationships with your Mum and Dad, also other members of your Family.  Our Manager was more than happy to go out frequently and check on them. Our managers end of life care is exceptional. She always says its a privilege to care for end of life clients .We often have other professionals commenting on our excellent level of care.
