I am sorry you had a bad experience in the final stages of your mothers care. We do highlight to all our new clients that there is a four week notice cancellation policy and it is in bold to make it easier for clients to see. I am sorry that you did not pick up on the cancellation notice period clause and as discussed on the phone we agreed to waive the four week notice period and only charge a weeks notice. The reason we charged the weeks notice is that our staff have their schedules out a week in advance and therefore we commit to paying them even when a client cancels at short notice. Again I can only apologise for your bad experience around the cancellation of the contract.
