It was great to come and meet with yourself, your family member and father to discuss the needs of your father at the first initial assessment. We find at Nash Homecare, the more information received about a person we will be supporting, really helps us to tailor the person-centred care packages we offer, as no two people are the same. We understand also that continuity of care helps to promote independence and assists to help the care package to run more smoothly, as this allows both parties to develop trust and positive relationships.
