Thank you for your review, Holistic Care Scotland pride themselves in offering a professional service with clients at the forefront of all decisions made in relation to support delivery.<br>I can understand that you feel let down that support was withdrawn, we do not withdraw from support without serious consideration or without prior consultation with the client and care management team.<br>Within the short period of time we supported, the client had consistency of staffing with one staff member supporting. Agreed support was cancelled by the client representative on several occasions, the staff member also attended at the house to support at agreed times and the door was not answered to gain access to support. We did endeavour to resolve this with the clients representative and other professionals but had to make the difficult decision to withdraw our services.
