I would like to apologise if you feel you have not received the high standard of care we strive to provide at Manorcourt Homecare. Due to the industry-wide staffing crisis we have been impacted by, we have had to make some changes to our care rounds to ensure we can sustain a safe service for all of our customers. During our consultation regarding the situation, I did explain why these changes were being made and gave you as many choices regarding call times as I possibly could. I can assure you that as soon as it becomes possible we will look to return your mother to her preferred time as advised during our consultation. There have been occasions where rotas have not been sent out; this was due to the level of cover required for those specific weeks; this is not a common occurrence as we like to ensure our customers know who to expect.
