I would like to say thank you for complimenting my care staff. They work very hard to deliver such a high standard of care and this feedback is appreciated and will be fed back to them. <br>Regarding your comment with Caremark leaving your mum without care. Unfortunately, when notice is served on a package of care the provider is issued with a termination date. As explained had we been notified before this termination date then we would have continued. However, we were contacted the day after, so sadly we were no longer able to continue due to lack of capacity and forward planning. I totally agree that this should have been handled differently but due to the lack of communication from our local authority, it was out of my hands.
