Thank you for taking the time to review our service on homecare.co.uk. <br>We understand that you were unhappy with two Caregivers attending your relative, as soon as the issues had been raised, we removed these Caregivers without delay.<br>We apologise for the delay in the Caregiver returning the borrowed books to you. Once we realised this hadn’t been completed, we returned the books within 24 hours. We provided support to your relative your nearly three years. Comments taken from reviews undertaken by us during that time say that the service was very satisfactory and the caregivers were going out of their way to support the client. <br>We understand the match of the Caregivers latterly didn’t work out and rectified this immediately. We feel that, if your comments were true, we would not have been asked to provide our support for almost three years and would not have received such positive feedback listed above.
