Thank you very much for your review. I am very sorry that you find that our carers leave after they have got used to things. I will dig into this and find out the root cause and will find a solution. I know that we have had quite a lot of success with regular short-term or respite carers with many of our clients. <br>I am particularly happy that you have been with us for sixteen years. This shows that although we are not perfect, we have certainly done well enough to get that kind of loyalty!
