We are very happy that your regular carer, of nine years, continues to provide you with enough support to regain your confidence following your fall. We are sorry to hear the negative comments regarding some of the other staff though and we will take steps to address the issues raised. If you contact our registered manager (directly and in confidence), she will be able to investigate the issues raised and ensure that your care remains of the highest standard. We will of course, also ensure that we review our in house training, to ensure staff are made fully aware of the importance of always maintaining our standards.
