Many thanks for your very kind review of our care services. I am pleased that our care professionals are caring and eager to please. I am sorry that sometimes the carer may change to the planned schedule, this happens when we have had a short notice absence. We do try to ring clients to make them aware of any changes, however, sometimes it's not always possible.
