The senior managers have already met with you to discuss the experience you had. At the meeting you highlighted that you were very happy with the service provision, however you expressed that you had had a bad experience which resulted from one member of staff cancelling last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. You informed us that you were happy with how the issue was resolved and that your friend did not go without the care and support she needed. You informed us that you had based your review on your experience of that incident. You have now told us that your loved one is very delighted with the care team supporting her and that she is very happy. We were also delighted to hear that if you were to review us again, you would write a very positive review.
